What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short version: this site collects what you type into a form, standard attribution parameters from the link that brought you here, and, only if you accept, analytics cookies. We use it to reply to you and to see which pages and ads work. We do not sell it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site we receive what you enter: typically your name, work email, company or website, a budget or revenue range, and your message. When you email or call us we keep that correspondence.

Attribution parameters

If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the URL may carry parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, or fbclid. We store these in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit and attach them to a form submission so we know which campaign brought you. They contain no personal information on their own.

Analytics and advertising cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads measurement to understand how the site is used and which ads lead to enquiries. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. No analytics or advertising cookie is set until you choose Accept in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie choices link in the footer. Google's own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, user agent, and the pages requested, for security and reliability. These are kept for a short period and are not used for marketing.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for the Marketing Audit, to scope and schedule it.
To send a short series of follow-up emails after you contact us. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand which pages, campaigns, and ads bring people here, so we can spend our own budget better.
To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under contract:

Vercel hosts the site and the form endpoint.
HighLevel (LeadConnector) is our CRM. Form submissions are stored there so we can reply and follow up.
Google provides analytics and advertising measurement, only after you consent.
Google Workspace for email.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and CRM records are kept while we are in contact and for up to three years after the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics, currently 14 months. Session attribution data is cleared when you close your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elitecreatif.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of authorization.

Visitors outside the United States

This site is operated from the United States and information is processed here. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in systems with access limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
