The terms for using this site.

These terms cover the website at elitecreatif.com. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.

Agreement

By using this site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us", and "our" mean Elite Cratif LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Elite Créatif.

What the site is for

The site describes our services, shows examples of our work, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer that binds us until we have both signed a written agreement. Prices shown, including the Marketing Audit fee, are current as of the effective date and may change.

Not professional advice

Articles, case studies, and figures on this site are general information drawn from our own experience. They are not marketing, legal, financial, or medical advice for your situation, and results described for one client are not a promise of results for another. Case figures are taken from client reports and are stated with their dates. Client names appear with permission; some clients are anonymized at their request.

Your use of the site

You may view, download, and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use, scrape it in bulk, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit forms with false information, or use it in any way that is unlawful. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photography, video, and code on this site belong to us or to the clients and licensors who allowed us to show them. Client logos, product names, and creative belong to those clients. Nothing here grants you a license to any of it beyond viewing the site.

Links to other sites

We link to client websites, social profiles, and third-party tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
