Case 06 of 07
Toned.health
An online GLP-1 program with one price at every dose, in a category where most prices climb with the dose and hide a membership fee.
The case
The brief
Compounded semaglutide, prescribed online by a licensed provider and shipped from a licensed US pharmacy, for $149 a month at every dose with no membership fee. A good offer in a crowded category, where every competitor sounds the same and the ads that do run are policed by Meta, Google, and LegitScript.
What we found
The category’s real objection is the bill, not the medicine. Most programs start low and step the price up as the dose climbs, or bill a membership on top, and people find out on month three. The one thing Toned could say that others could not was that the number never moves.
What we built
The site and the paid landing pages, each with one job. A static ad library in six families (educational, comparison, price, FAQ, lo-fi, and founder story), every piece naming what is sold and the price, with the required legal line on the image and no results promised. Founder-story video and statics built from Maria’s own photos and her own words, each labelled as her results and not typical. Lifecycle email and SMS for people who start the intake and stop. Consent-gated tracking that sends the purchase back to Google Ads with enhanced conversions.
What moved
The number we manage is cost per first order, tracked from the ad click to the pharmacy checkout. Results will be published once there is a full quarter to report.
